After several months of community consultations, the Canadian Coalition to Reform HIV Criminalization (CCRHC) has finalized its second Community Consensus Statement which calls on the Canadian government to change the Criminal Code to limit HIV criminalization. The CCRHC developed this new Statement to be a common set of demands for law reform by those organizations who sign on to it.
